(Summary description)If the sawing section is required to be flat, it should be continuously sawed from the beginning to the end. If the requirements for the sawed section are not high, it can be sawed from both sides or around, and finally the central part is left to break with a hand hammer. In this way, since the sawing surface becomes smaller and easier to saw, the work efficiency can be improved.

1. Bar sawing When sawing the bar, it can be sawed from both sides or all around.
If the sawing section is required to be flat, it should be continuously sawed from the beginning to the end. If the requirements for the sawed section are not high, it can be sawed from both sides or around, and finally the central part is left to break with a hand hammer. In this way, since the sawing surface becomes smaller and easier to saw, the work efficiency can be improved.
2. When sawing the pipe, the pipe can be rotated and sawed along the circumference.
Before sawing the pipe, a sawing line perpendicular to the axis can be drawn. Since the precision of the marking is not high during sawing, the simplest method is to use a rectangular paper strip (the edge of the marking must be straight) according to the sawing size. The outer circle of the workpiece is then drawn out with talc. The pipe must be clamped correctly when sawing. For thin-walled pipes and finished pipes, they should be clamped between two wooden liners with V-grooves to prevent flattening the pipe and pinching the surface. When sawing thin-walled pipes, it is not allowed to continuously saw from the beginning to the end in one direction, otherwise the saw teeth are easily caught by the pipe wall and cracked. The correct method should be to first saw to the inner wall of the pipe in one direction, then turn the pipe to a certain angle in the direction of the push saw, connect the original saw seam, and then saw to the inner wall of the pipe, so gradually change the direction and keep turning the saw until until cut off.
3. Sawing of thin materials When sawing thin sheets, the sheets can be sandwiched between two boards and sawed together with the sheets or sawed horizontally obliquely.
When sawing, cut as wide as possible. When it can only be sawed on the narrow surface of the sheet, it can be clamped by two wooden boards and sawed down together with the wooden blocks to avoid the sawtooth hooking, and at the same time, the rigidity of the sheet is increased, so that the sawing will not vibrate. It is also possible to clamp the sheet material directly on the bench vise, and use a hand saw as a horizontal oblique saw to increase the number of teeth in contact with the sheet to avoid cracking of the teeth.
4. For deep seam sawing, the angle of the saw blade can be changed depending on the situation for sawing.
When the depth of the saw seam exceeds the height of the saw bow, the saw blade should be turned 90° and re-installed, so that the saw bow is turned to the side of the workpiece, and the saw handle is held flat for sawing. When the height of the saw bow is still insufficient, the saw blade can also be installed so that the saw teeth face the inside of the saw bow for sawing.
